Perustin Kotipalvelu Ilon ja Onnin koska minulle on tärkeää, että jokainen ihminen voi asua omassa kodissaan mahdollisimman pitkään. Ihmisten auttaminen on ollut koko aikuisikäni lähellä sydäntä. Olemme suomalainen yritys joka tarjoaa asiakkaille kotiin annettavaa palvelua pääkaupunkiseudulla ja sen lähi kunnissa. Asiakkaitamme ovat kotona asuvat iäkkäät, omaishoidon asiakkaat, kotihoidon tukipalvelut sekä kuka tahansa aikuinen henkilö tarvitsee apua kotiin elämän käännekohdissa.
Palvelumme on auttaa asiakkaita arjen asioissa ja palvelu voi olla esimerkiksi kauppa-apu, asiointi apu, kodin askareita, kodinhoitoa, ruoanlaitto tai asiointi apua. Teemme myös palveluohjausta ja seniori palvelut ovat meille tuttuja. Meille on tärkeää tarjota juuri oikea palvelu oikealle asiakkkaalle. Palvelumme ratkaisevat monet arjen haasteet ja vähentävät läheisten huolta iäkkäästä. Tavoitteemme on tuoda iloa ja onnea asiakkaalle kotiin.
Tapaamme asiakkaat ensimmäisen kerran ja teemme kattavan haastattelun ja palvelutarpeen arvioinnin. Asiakas kertoo mitä hän palvelulta toivoo ja mitkä asiat ja tehtävät ovat hänelle tärkeitä. Pyrimme räätälöimään jokaisen asiakkaan käynnit hänen toivomaan kellon aikaan ja viikon päiviin. Hyvän yhteistyön avaimet ovat avoin kommunikaatio.

I founded Kotipalvelu Ilon ja Onnin because it is important to me that every person can live in their own home for as long as possible. Helping people has been close to my heart throughout my adult life. We are a Finnish company that provides home services to clients in the Helsinki metropolitan area and its surrounding municipalities. Our customers include elderly people living at home, caregivers, home care support services, and any adult who needs assistance at home during significant life changes. The service can be one time or the service can be bought for a longer period.
Our service is to assist customers with everyday matters, and the service can include things like shopping assistance, help with errands, household chores, home care, cooking, or assistance with various tasks. We also provide service guidance and are familiar with senior services. It is important for us to offer the right service to the right customer. Our services solve many everyday challenges and reduce the worries of loved ones regarding the elderly. Our goal is to bring joy and happiness to our customers at home.
We meet our clients first time and we interview them and evaluate what is the best service for them. The clients tell us their hopes and wishes about the service and we do our best to give every client personal service. We strive to make to service at the time and day of the week that is convenient to the client. The best result for a great cooperation with the client is open communication with each other.
